About us

The Klaris apartments are located in a quiet and pleasant part of Budva, only 600 meters from the sea. During our long-standing business, we have hosted a large number of domestic and foreign tourists from all over the world.

Our experience is a guarantee of domestic treatment towards guests and a pleasant vacation. We offer accommodation in modernly equipped apartments and rooms with nice balconies. Beautifully decorated courtyard with stone grill, with the smell of fish and a glass of good wine, guarantees guests complete enjoyment and relaxation.

All apartments are air-conditioned, equipped with LCD TVs and kitchens. In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we covered the entire facility with video surveillance and alarm system, while the facility is accessed using electronic chip cards. Within the facility is provided wifi-internet as well as the possibility of using laundry.

The center and the beach 10 minutes leisurely pace, opposite a grocery and fruit stores, the rooms are clean, the shower in hot water, TV and a large flat bed is soft, the towels are changed frequently, daily cleaning, a balcony, iron, in-room refrigerator and kettle. Very polite and friendly hosts. The room has no safe, but it is not needed, that is, to the hosts are very decent people. Everything is fine.

The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and utensils. Breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine - very cool! The rooms - perfect cleanliness. Cleaning and change of towels - every day. Bed linen - 3 days. In previous reviews enough detail all the advantages of this apartment. All right, that's right. We also liked it very much.

A very pleasant stay with only positive remarks

A very pleasant stay with only positive remarks, we definitively recommend this accomodation!

Our stay was a very positive experience with a friendly host and a great apartment. The place was clean, had enough space and all the necessities we could need. We also got a lovely view of the city from the balcony as the apartment had a great location with supermarkets close by and a 10 minute walking distance to the beach. All in all a very pleasant experience and we recommend this place to anyone visiting Budva.

Everything was fine

Our room for two people was perfect and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the room/bathroom was cleaned everyday and you get fresh towels and bed sheets. The terrace was nice and clean, and the furniture looked new and modern.

The hosts are extremely lovely and helpful, therefore you can ask them anything anytime. They always find a way to help you if you need something. We also felt very safe during our stay as the whole property is secured.

The location is quite centered, but it is still very quiet at night, which is a nice thing in Budva. I would say that the price performance ratio is completely okay, as I was staying a couple of times in Budva and for our last accommodations we were paying more, but in comparison to Klaric Apartments the offering was not that good. I would definitely come back again.

Our room for two people was perfect and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the room/bathroom was cleaned everyday and you get fresh towels and bed sheets.
