The center and the beach 10 minutes leisurely pace, opposite a grocery and fruit stores, the rooms are clean, the shower in hot water, TV and a large flat bed is soft, the towels are changed frequently, daily cleaning, a balcony, iron, in-room refrigerator and kettle. Very polite and friendly hosts. The room has no safe, but it is not needed, that is, to the hosts are very decent people. Everything is fine.

First of all, I want to express my gratitude to Tatiana and Dragan for the warm welcome, a friendly attitude and a sincere desire to make the guests stay as comfortable and enjoyable. I wish them all the best and hope to someday return to them as good friends! We stayed with a friend in two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and utensils. Breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine - very cool! The rooms - perfect cleanliness. Cleaning and change of towels - every day. Bed linen - 3 days. In previous reviews enough detail all the advantages of this apartment. All right, that's right. We also liked it very much.

A very pleasant stay with only positive remarks, we definitively recommend this accomodation! Our stay was a very positive experience with a friendly host and a great apartment. The place was clean, had enough space and all the necessities we could need. We also got a lovely view of the city from the balcony as the apartment had a great location with supermarkets close by and a 10 minute walking distance to the beach. All in all a very pleasant experience and we recommend this place to anyone visiting Budva.

Our room for two people was perfect and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the room/bathroom was cleaned everyday and you get fresh towels and bed sheets. The terrace was nice and clean, and the furniture looked new and modern. The hosts are extremely lovely and helpful, therefore you can ask them anything anytime. They always find a way to help you if you need something. We also felt very safe during our stay as the whole property is secured. The location is quite centered, but it is still very quiet at night, which is a nice thing in Budva. I would say that the price performance ratio is completely okay, as I was staying a couple of times in Budva and for our last accommodations we were paying more, but in comparison to Klaric Apartments the offering was not that good. I would definitely come back again.

My parents enjoyed the trip we bought for them. The house was pleasant, the service was excellent, and hosts' attention to details was great (some examples - coffee and croissants on a regular basis, a lift to the airport in the morning, and blankets upon weather getting colder).  A great bonus was cleanliness - bedding was changed even the day prior to departure. Excellent service overall.

The apartment was big, clean and conveniently located close to everything. Shop and excellent fruit & veg shop right across the road. 10 minute leisurely walk to the main beaches and nightlife. Brilliant host and excellent cleaning staff.
